Arsenic and Old Lace (1943) – Cary Grant was a genius of American cinema, very good in any posture. It can’t be said that he was better in role as a serious lover or skillful spy. He could interpret anything, drama, comedy or adventure. In this movie we have a less common situation, two elderly women, apparently nice and convinced of the fact that they are doing a good thing, kills old people through poisoning. It is clear that these elderly women suffer from severe mental disorders. These actions are extremely serious, we are talking about serial crimes but the action is presented in a comic way. And something good came out, this production is among the top 10 American comedy films of all time.
